Question Any recent experience on Royal Air Maroc?

My wife and I might fly Royal Air Maroc to London or Paris in economy next month, most likely from Rabat or Casablanca. I've skimmed some threads, but am not clear on how reliable it is or how decent in other ways. Any recent experience?

Also, is there any way to pay extra for exit row seats or any other seats with extra legroom?

Thanks for any help!

I flew LHR-CMN-TNG in Y with them last winter. It was fine - nothing special, nothing horrendous. Not late enough for me to remember anything about it on that score, so I assume it was on time, and certainly close enough to make the connection with no hassle.

You can see my report on JFK-CMN and back from last month here.

From this thread.

For short haul I wouldn't hesitate to fly them again.

Anyone with experience on NCE-CMN? I'm thinking of paying for business, is there better seats in business or just blocked middle like BA? I'm actually doing NCE-CMN-FEZ, where the flight CMN-FEZ is pretty late. I thought busienss might give me an edge in IRROPS, but not sure.

Is this flight as bad as the reviews I am reading elsewhere? Looking to go IAD>CMN and then RAK>IAD around Christmas time. The prices on Royal Air Maroc are easily half of what any of the other airlines are offering, their flight times are also better. However, I understand the old saying "you get what you pay for". I'm not looking for a fancy experience, but I am not looking for the worst flight of my life either. Is this airline worth booking for this particular trip?

Any insight into cash upgrades in advance or at the airport? I was able to snag one J award super cheap using etihad miles but that was it for J availability. Thinking of just booking the other in Y as the cash fare is SO cheap from RAK-ORY. Logic behind even burning any miles for J on this relatively short flight was priority check in on departure, fast track immigration upon arrival as well as extra baggage allotment (honeymoon travel). Now that we have one booked up front of course the urge to want the other up front is strong. Would love to get any feedback. Thanks!

Atlas Sky Hotel CMN

Also thought it would be prudent to show the airport hotel you could possibly stay at if you misconnect on AT like I did haha.

Hard to beat the seat 💺 on CMN-FCO. Don’t think any airline offers a better Euro Business seat

It's not eurobiz. It's a US domestic F -like hard product, similar to A3, MS, TK and SU.

Anyone flown them recently? We're looking at a late summer trip and 1) they are infinitely cheaper than the other 1W carriers, 2) they fly direct from IAD, and 3) their schedule really works. This would be J/C class. How is transiting CMN?
