"Airports Company South Africa (Acsa) has launched a new airport app to help passengers navigate their way through any of its nine airports in SA using their smart phone devices. The app is available to all iOS, Android and BlackBerry users."

Can it track items stolen from luggage at any of the nine airports?

Well, don't count on it too much. SAA has an app for their mobile boarding passes, the problem is security won't accept them, so you have to go back for a paper BP.
