Egyptair: fare rules refund?
Hi there,
I will be needing two Biz class tickets from Cairo to New York, these need to be fully refundable though. I find the Egyptair website to be quite unclear in terms of fees and charges.
Can anyone tell me if this fare (fare code: CIF) is fully refundable? Maybe someone here has more experience with reading the fare rules.
Also the website says that there is always a charge for online refunds? Is this true?

I recently booked economy travel through the Egypt Air Website.
I had difficulty interpreting the fare rules as listed on the website at the point of sale, as I wanted to make sure my segments were eligible for EQM.
After payment, I received a full text email which identified what class I ended up paying for. This was not viewable prior to the reservation and was not stated specifically in the rules.
My point being is that I found out after I had bought the ticket, and that the fare classes were not viewable prior to its purchase.

I am looking at purchasing an Old J seat business class ticket from SE Asia to London on Egypt Air and was concerned whether it was refundable or not. So
I called Egypt air in New York and they told me. It is refundable.
Anyone have any Experience on how long their refunds take?
