Air Nigeria has been essentially defunct since May when the employees walked out on strike after they didn't receive salary for multiple months and the lessors repossessed pretty much all their aircraft for non-payment.
Following that, their CEO was thrown in jail for non-payment of taxes deducted from employee paychecks for the last 5 years. The Chairman then fired almost all the staff for "disloyalty" for refusing to work for free.
