Delay in 2002 membership kits
 
I just got a letter today saying that the 2002 President's Club Platinum membership kits are delayed. They should arrive in 3-5 weeks. An additional suite upgrade certificate will be included because of the delay.

Yes, and I was told that if you need to stay between now and when the kits arrive they will just assume you have a certificate and upgrade you even if you are out of certificates!
