Does anyone have experience with Omni’s Select Loyalty Program? How are the upgrades? Part of the GHA Loyalty Program but you can get free night specifically at Omni Hotels. Would appreciate any thoughts on Omni.

It's a limited footprint, mostly in the USA. Hotels are generally three or four star, with no multiple brands like the big chains. Some of the properties can seem old, dated, and tired, but new construction is well designed with stylish furnishings.

IMO one of the nice things about the Omni program is that you get some benefits (free beverages, for example) as soon as you sign up, no elite status required.

This summer they were very generous in extending free night certificates (any hotel, with availability apparently just requiring a standard room for sale) and sending emails reminding people to use them.
