Not so good.

Here's the bad (in the room):
- Cracked wallpaper, peeling back in some places
- Chairs look worn out/tired. Like all the "felt" had been worn away
- Towels had stains on them
- BIG hole/crack in base of wall in bathroom (about the size of a tennis ball)
- Toilet dripped/ran constantly
- Hard to set the temp. in the room. Always either TOO HOT or TOO COLD
- Slightly scary walk to the boardwalk, but I guess walking anywhere in that town is like that.
- OLD games in gameroom

The Good:
- TV was pretty new, and they have a LOT of channels
- Beds looked new, and the sheets seemed to be clean
- Parking is right there and is FREE

Stayed there last fall. Agree that the hotel is about a 2* - but rates are high as on the beach. Of course I was on Free Award. Restaruant has a buffet, but I thought food and service only fair. Pool is small and food at the "beach shack" about normal for that type of place. This is not a Resort area and the hotel is not a Resort style hotel. More of a family place than a romantic getaway. My check in was a long wait, although room was not as bad as the one above.
