La Quinta Gold Upgrade and Cert's arrived in mail, no idea why.
Yesterday I received in the mail a letter from La Quinta telling me I was now Gold. Along with the letter were a few upgrade certificates and a physical gold card.
I have stayed at La Quinta once in my life, for about 5 days last May for which I earned 6,360 points. I don't have a CC with them nor have I ever applied for the LQ credit card.
Anyone have any idea why they would have upgrade my status?
