Taj Hotel Inner Circle room upgrades??
The flyertalk awards claim that Taj Inner Circle offers room upgrade. From what I know, Taj Inner Circle doesn't offer room upgrades.... anybody know what's happening?

Have been upgraded to the next room category on a few occasions. They also have upgrade certificates as well which come linked with their Inner Circle program.
