Spanair: transfer in BCN and MAD

I will transfer in BCN from a flight on Swiss to a Spanair flight (ZRH-BCN-TFS) to TFS and a few days later in MAD from a Spanair flight form TFS to a Lufthansa flight to MUC (TFS-MAD-MUC).

I have 1:30min transfer time in BCN and in MAD. I'm booked in business class and have no Star status. Is there enough time to go into a lounge? Which one should I choose?

Does Spanair have a lounge in TFS for business class pax?

In BCN you have no choice: there is currently only one lounge (Spanair) in the (new) terminal 1 (used by all Star Alliance carriers).

1:30 is plenty of time to connect in BCN.

In TFS Spanair use the AENA-operated Montaña Roja lounge.

45 min in BCN

The Spanair call center booked me on a flight with 45 min transfer time in BCN.
Is this really enough time?

Otherwise I would have to spend the night in an airport hotel, because this would be the last flight to get me home.

Provided your incoming flight is on time that's plenty. I wouldn't hesitate.
