Vueling Lost Luggage / Bag Delay Compensation

Vueling lost my bag. It has been 21 days. I tried to use their website chat bot to get an answer on how to file for compensation but nothing. Does anybody have any ideas? There is no info on their website on where things should be sent or the process.

Yes I did that. It takes you to a chat bot and you enter all your info and then it says that they can't find your bag and then it just stops. No way to file a claim or anything like that.
