Have just booked a flight (through ticket) from London to Tromso (official connection in Oslo) for a few months time. As I wasn't able to get the itinerary I wanted via the official Norwiegan website, I'd booked it through one of my travel agents.

When I go online to add overhead cabin bags I get the error "Special baggage sale is closed on selected reservation" which I'm guessing is because of purchasing through travel agent. Does anyone know, if, when online checkin opens, it will give me the option to purchase for the £7-£9 fee stated on their website? I don't really want to be paying the huge fees for airport service that they list online! The agent is unable to help as only option he seems to have is to add hold bags.
