Changes to Icelandair's Gold Card limo benefit

The limo from KEF was a really nice benefit of the Saga Gold card. Just received an e-mail indicating these changes to that benefit

:Benefit changes

The following changes to the limousine service benefit to and from Keflavík airport will take place on August 1:
  • The limousine service benefit will be available for members that travel on Saga Premium and Saga Premium Flex.
  • Saga Gold members pay 7.500 ISK per trip.
Please note that the price for a spouse or children will stay the same, 2.500 ISK, when travelling with the main cardholder.

This is a very significant downgrade to the programme. Saga Gold flying Economy now excluded, and the charge increased.

Any other changes to the program?
Also what's the average upgrade percentage to premium when flying economy? 100% 70% 30%?
Just asking because FI seems to imply that upgrades are at their discretion.
