norwegian upgrade
I've bid on a flight tomorrow for $295 from London to Lax, seats still avail in premium, but have been denied an upgrade. How is that possible? The seat difference is only $379 if I pay for an upgrade. I thought if there were still seats avail I would be approved 
please help as norwegian can't tell me much at present

I typically bid $225-255 from Boston and always get it except for 1x (out of 5x) where premium was full in advance w prepaid upgrades.
I'm very surprised $295 didn't get it. How many seats are remaining?
