TAP - business class cabins on Toronto-Lisbon route?
Do the planes on this route have the new flat bed configuration in business class

This post outlines the different A330's TAP runs by registration number. I'm keeping tabs on flights since mine is coming up in just under 2 months by looking at what TAP has run to Toronto at this link. While they still run the old business cabin product, it seems that lately it's been more inclined to the flat-bed planes. I'd encourage you to track this for a bit too in order to see your odds.
Finally, if you're travelling between certain dates, you're scheduled to be on the new A330-900neo's. You can find those dates here. 1 = Monday, and an x means all days EXCEPT the days listed.
