Icelandair Meals in Saga Business Class

First time flying FI, do I need to pre-order my meals? Just realized there is an option to do so. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Pre-order if you have a special dietary requirement. Otherwise, you'll get a menu with two options IIRC.

When I flew them the meals were much better than expected. Duck Confit from KEF-CPH was pretty darn good. US-KEF segment had two choices.

Meal choice on ORD-KEF:

Flavors from the rivers of Iceland - Vertically-smoked salmon, gravlax, Artic char and trout roe

Braised beef short ribs - with horseradish sauce and mashed potatoes

Had the fish since didn't want a heavy meal before trying to sleep and it was amazing! Absolutely delicious and perfect late dinner. The salad with confit leg of duck was also very good and I was blown away by the gin selection.
