[Joon] IAG's LEVEL no longer the worst airline name!

Air France's new airline named JOON would become the hot candidate of the worst airline name competition ever. I am sure Alex Cruz and Willie Walsh should be relieved: LEVEL may sounds great after all!

THE NEW AIRLINE JOON

What do you think? IAG's LEVEL or AIR FRANCE's JOON, which is worse?

Yuck.

Am I the only one who read the typo in the title as "no lounge" rather that "no longer"? *blush*

Is it supposed to mean "jeune"?

That tail design is very... hmm... Iberia/Level like...

What has this got to do with BA or BAEC? Perhaps this belongs in the AF board?

I hate the name LEVEL, but JOON is definitely worse! Whether you're English, French or Spanish!

No I think IAG is safe on that score, with the possible exception of

Crash Air
Hell Airways
or possibly Air Cruz

I think Level is the worst and at least the first two on my list sound interesting, Level is just bland. Let's hope Cruzis is the next to run it. I am sure he would do a better job there than at BA.

I still think Scoot is pretty bad.

Has IAG ever consider Nova (like the car) for a Spain based LCC?

"We started with our target customer segment, the millennials, to create this new brand that means something to them. Our brief was simple: to find a name to illustrate a positive state of mind. This generation has inspired us a lot: epicurean and connected, they are opportunistic in a positive sense of the word as they know how to enjoy every moment and are in search of quality experiences that they want to share with others. Joon is a brand that carries these values", said Caroline Fontaine, VP Brand at Air France.
When I read things like this I want to barf. (I'm part of their target audience)

Why are they using A340 planes??? Talk about high-cost!

I would dread having to share an aircraft with that lot.

Would I have to prove my 'state of mind' was compatible to their 'lifestyle brand' before they sold me a ticket? Or would I be rejected when I tried to scroll past 1982 when entering my dob?
