EasyJet Compensation Claim Form?
Anyone have any experience filling out this form for a 261 claim?

My flight was delayed 5+ hours due to a crew swap. Seems worth trying to make a claim, but I'm a bit skeptical about sending my bank account and routing number through a form like this.
Please talk me out of it if it's a bad idea or a better way to do this.
