TAP booking

TAP booking
I recently booking a TAP flight from EWR to LIS and return on United using ANA miles. I tried checking the booking on the TAP website and nothing is showing up. On the United site, both flights are showing up as booked. Has anyone had this happen before? I feel like I should be able to see this.
