Europcar: loyalty card soft landing ?
Hi
I just reached the highest level with Europcar (Privilege VIP), which is valid for a year.
I was wondering if after this, if i don't requalify, would Europcar offer a soft landing to a lower level or will i restart from the very basic one ?

Their loyalty program is now valid for 2 years..
So far, untested as to whether you drop a notch or start at the beginning, if you dont requalify..
My guess you start from scratch again...
