Drive Alliance - Crediting issues between companies

I am an National Exec member and I booked a rental with Enterprise. When I called Enterprise and give them my Emerald Club number, my corporate ID increases the Enterprise rate. Enterprise can't seem to remove the corporate rate so I can't credit my rental to National.

This needs to be reviewed by Drive Alliance.

The whole "drive alliance" thing seems to be like it's some sort of joke. I've got higher status than God with National, Avis, AND Hertz. Even with mention of my club digits from National - it's good for nothing. In the meantime, I have a bajillion free days on Enterprise that I'll never use. Yay?

Free days from Enterprise are not that great a deal. You earn based on what you paid, and you redeem based on what it costs. You could have credited the Enterprise rentals to National, and gotten a bigger and better free day rewards pool as a result.

My company just booked me a Enterprise car using my Enterprise Plus account, is there any way to change it to my National Exec account?
