Renting 8 seat van
 

I've booked a 8 seat passenger van (Toyota Sienna) with Alamo at San Diego through Rentalcars.com. When I checked the Alamo site it doesn't list 8 seat vans as being available.

Rentalcars have guaranteed there will be 8 seats even though Alamo says the facility doesn't have them. Am I likely to get one of those 15 seat monsters?

Anyone have experience renting vans through a broker? Thanks.

You'll be fine. Despite what Alamo site says, Toyota Sienna's are normally available at locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Florida and I believe Colorado. You'll indeed get a 8 seater once your picking up at a major airport. SAN qualifies.

It all worked out fine. Did get a Sienna and it included the extra seat.
