Help! Europcar (Germany) refusing to honour guaranteed reservation
I have a guaranteed reservation with Europcar in Germany that starts in 2 hours. Just had a call from the local office to say that they only have larger cars, so I can either cancel or pay more.
This seems wrong, but the gentleman I'm dealing with is being quite insistent. I think they need to give me the car they do have for the "guaranteed price' shown in my online reservation. I've also tried Tweeting Europcar but no response yet. Any input anyone? |

It is a trick designed to get you to upgrade by paying them as it put you in a awkward position... |
