No advantage to ADVANTAGE in Phoenix

No advantage to ADVANTAGE in Phoenix
I rented a car from Advantage in Phoenix last October. Been meaning to get around to posting how that experience went.
In a word: BAD. Long lines. Poor Computer System. Despite having a reservation declining their overpriced worthless insurance coverage, we had to go through that whole game. Their touch screen didn't work, so as you tried to check the NO box 10 times, the screen wouldn't accept your response. That spot on the screen was probably worn out -- but what do you want to bet the YES box worked just fine?
It was cheaper, but can't recommend it. Best commercial: There is Hertz and there is not exactly.

Sorry about your experience. I've rented from the Advantage at PHX a few times (three or four) and have never had a negative experience though I'm always ready for one. Advantage = you get what you pay for.
