... Enterprise. Calling my home at 1040pm?
 

1040pm all is well laying in bed dozing off as the little ones are fast asleep.. then.

Ring, ring.

"Hi, this is Madelyn from Enterprise. Do you have time for a brief survey about your recent rental experience?"

Me: I'm sorry.. who is this?

"Madelyn from Enterprise.. thank you for renting from us. Do you have time to talk about your recent rental experience with Enterprise?"

Me: You are talking about the recent rental 6 months ago in August of 2013.. right?

Madelyn: "Yes. I just have a few questions."

Me: It was a great rental up until your waking up my kids and calling my home at 10:40 at night. Please don't ever call us again.

Madelyn: "So are you saying you would like for me to remove you from our calling list."

Hey, maybe...
 

they thought you were in a different time zone, eg 10:40p ET is 7:40p Pacific :p

I probably would have asked her if they found the bag of $100 dollar bills that I left in the trunk when I dropped it off!
