Good news !, I wonder will we get 100% miles in the NWA mileage plan and elite bonuses when flying CI? or will there be codehshares?

so if I fly uk usa taiwan I will get full miles for a nW then CI flight all onto my CI card - seems like I could rack up a about 35000 miles 8 times a year if thats the case
