Laggage at Kuala Lumpur

Hello!

I will be transiting in KUL for more than the 24 hours due to connection issues and am wondering whether they have facilities to store laggage for a period of like 36 hours? I would assume that the airline will not hold it if it is more than 24 hours. Also, if one might know how much it would cost.

Regards,

Emil

Yes, go to the left side of the main terminal, check-in level, past the MH domestic counters. It is fairly easy to miss, as it looks just like a service door.

I believe the charge is by 24 hour period, and is quite modest as I recall.

Hello!

Thanks for the link. Any idea as to what size the laggage should be to use the lockers? Mine will be the regular "suitcases" (approx. 3 1/2' x 2 1/2' x 1').

Emil

Hello!

This is a manned storage facility, not automated lockers, so no need to worry about size. IIRC, there were 2 or 3 different rates, based on the size of the bag stored.

I stored a full size suitcase 26 hours for 18 MYR last year (the girl charged me for one day).
