Waiting for a refund since Feb 2021 from Fiji Air
I am waiting for a refund from Fiji Air for almost a year. I reached out to DOT back in May 2021 and I was told they forwarded the complaint to Fiji. I was advised to reach back to DOT if no answer was received. After almost 6 months, DOT responded stating they are now forcing Fiji to respond and refund my money.
