Things like this can happen when you buy flights from airlines in lesser developed countries. When .... hits the fan - you’re on your own.

They *did* speak perfect English, and *did* follow and understand my complaints in detail (why would you assume that they wouldn't?).

They just were not terribly interested in helping me.
