Fiji Airways lining up for Sept 1, 2020 start to international ops

It seems Fiji air(FJ) are now looking to restart int ops Sept 1. Surely some limited flights to Australia & NZ could start then. Maybe not to all Australian states, but surely Qld, NSW, SA & WA & even ACT maybe (FJ, as Air Pacific did fly CBR/NAN for a short time about a decade ago).

Don't think FJ have ever flown to WA, but they could with a widebody nonstop to NAN or in a B737 with a tech stop for fuel somewhere.

Surely if Fiji air doesn't get flights going, they'll be needing aid from Australia & NZ & the last thing either govt wants is to hand out more aid, but if they don't, there might be a Chinese military base, in Fiji.

Thoughts ?

I'm seeing some flights (multiple per week) flying for at least the last couple weeks from LAX-NAD-LAX.

I assume these are strictly freight flights as they are not bookable.
