Brand new airline out of Taiwan, operating to HKG, Macau and Penang, Malaysia.

No Hong Kong. Da Nang, Macau, and Penang.

Try to play with the booking two days ago, I realized that only TPE outbound and RT fare will shown, not other way round

I signed up as a member on their website and asked if they could status match me (I'm CX Gold).. no word back yet. Fingers crossed :)

have they gotten back to you yet? I was thinking of asking for a status match too, but 120k status miles to get top tier seems impossible given their current routes.

Just checking if anyone has any success in getting the status match? I have submitted my application on 31 Dec 2019 and have yet to hear from them.

I had submitted an application back in December too (don’t remember what day specifically, and there was some confusion over the details I sent them initially). Just heard back today with a successful match:

i was matching from United Gold, FWIW. Still waiting to hear about my husbands match which is United Platinum.
