Air China load factor?

Hello I just booked a ticket with Air China from London to Shanghai for Thursday and the price was quite low. Plus the fare is L. Are the Air China flights quite empty? Or itís quite usual for the price to be that low? I am aware that Air China product is average at best but I couldnít resist the price and the A350.

Air Chinaís 350 is a very pleasant product, above average Iíd say. I suspect the flight will be packed as Chinese travel agents seem to fill up the flights at last minute.

Hard to say, you might get lucky. I haven't used the PVG service, but on LHR-CTU earlier this year I took the entire middle block of 4 seats near the back of the A330, so had a great sleep! Flying in Premium Economy on LHR-PEK (on their A350) the PE cabin was very quiet - maybe 8 people in a cabin with 24 seats IIRC.

Conversely, when I was on the B777 LHR-PEK service in Economy, it was quite busy and I had someone next to me all the way.

Landed yesterday. 15 people in C none in PE and about 60 people in economy. Lovely flight. Slept pretty much all the way.
LapLap and SK AAR like this.
