CZ premium seats in econ?

CZ premium seats in econ?
We will be flying with CZ for the first time and the above image is of the YVR-CAN segment. I am assuming those "P" seats are chargeable. Anyone know if CZ changes those seats to complimentary as the departure date comes closer? Our trip is 2 months away

You will be able to select those seats at the check-in desk.
From my personal experience, I am able to select forward zone seats with a CZ non-status membership. No harm giving a shot I guess although YMMV. Good luck!
