Anyone here flown YVR-JFK with Philippine Airlines?

I've never flown PA within North America before. Most airlines that flies within North America charge baggage fees. PA126 flies from YVR-JFK and PA127 flies from JFK-YVR. Does any of the flight charge baggage fees?

The PR flights should include luggage, as is the case for all PR intl flights. For North American flights, Economy should be entitled to 2 pc at 23kg each and Business should get 2 pc at 32kg each.

The same information can be found when making a booking on philippineairlines.com, in the fare description.

PR does have fifth-freedom rights on JFK-YVR, if I'm not mistaken.

this flight seems to be operating: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/...625Z/KJFK/CYVR

but per a press release on the PR website is just a temporary fuel stop due to russian airspace closures.
