Requirements:

1. Business Class on board 777/350 between Europe, North America and Sydney for flights between December 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018.

2. Ticket must be issued on 297 stock and not code shared. Flight no. starting from 7, 8, or 9 is ineligible.

3. Infant ineligible.

4. 1x 24 hour wifi pass per applicable sector.

5. Wifi pass expires on October 19, 2019.

6. Wifi pass must be redeemed prior to flight boarding.

7. Applicable to DFF members only.

Hopefully this is will become permanent in the near future. Wifi access for business class should be complimentary. Maybe 50% discount for PE passengers and full priced for Economy passengers.

I'm traveling in December from BKK/TPE/NRT and the second leg is on a 777. I was thinking that maybe it would let me get a coupon. Unfortunately, once I entered all of my details it was smart enough to tell me "Your itineries are not eligible for redeeming complimentary Wi-Fi Onboard coupon." (sic) Maybe if I tell them they misspelled itineraries they'll give me one?

BKK-TPE-NRT does not qualify.

If I get a 24hr coupon by virtue of my LAX-TPE flight, I'm guessing it can be used for the onward TPE-KUL connection?

Yes if your onward connection is also on a 77W or 359. It will be valid for 24 hours from the first time you access it.
