Flying Cinnamon Air (C7) in Sri Lanka
My wife and I will be visiting Sri Lanka for several days in February, and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences at all flying Cinnamon Air, which appears to be a regional affiliate of Sri Lanka Airlines. I'm interested in flying to Sigiriya (GIU) for a 1-day trip, and having only a 30-minute flight to/from CMB appeals a lot more than a 4-hour drive. In particular, it would be good to know what kind of luggage can be brought onboard...given that it looks like they fly Cessnas, I was thinking it might be smarter to utilize the Left Luggage storage area for the 24-hour excursion.
Thanks!

We flew Cinnamon Air last year when visiting Sri Lanka. First from Colombo to Kandy and then from Castlereigh Reservoir to Koggala via 2 stops. All went well and hasttle-free. Luggage allowance was one piece up to 23 kg and one small carry on. There was a change a departure point on our second leg. Initially were supposed to fly from Kandy to Koggala but as new take off place would have been difficult to reach they picked us up from Castlereigh Reservoir right in front of our Ceylon Tea Trails Bungalow. Saved us a 2-3 hour drive to Kandy.
