Air China, China Southern- 3 different flights, same PNR
My travel agent booked 3 flights for me, on 2 different airlines, in one session on her computer.
They all have the same PNR. She says this is normal.
day1: CA, PEK-XIY, PNR is QRX123 (not actual PNR)
day4: CZ, CTU-PVG, PNR is QRX123 (same as above)
day7: CA, PVG-KWL, PNR is QRX123 (same as above)
Is this normal?

Yes if it is booked on a single ticket and CA and CZ both use the same GDS (e.g. Amadeus). Different PNRs are only needed on separate tickets or tickets with multiple airlines which use different GDS.
