The thing is, with OMAAT posting the same subject of GA ending F from London during the month of June - I booked the November sales ticket London to SIN via CGK for June 18th in F.
I have not received any email that my flight has been downgraded... I also have checked the availability of this flight on GA's website on the date in F and it's still there.
The only contact I received was that my GA flight from London will be departing approx 1.5 hours earlier than the original time.

Oh dang, I didn't know that I was so far behind on that announcement, I thought it was fresh today and immediately thought about the 90% mileage discount. Airlineroute says June 20, so if nothing changes, you just barely made it.

Managed to grab this deal. Both my parents are onboard to AMS now in F. Picked up with Toyota Alphard. Ground service and lounge access were provided too. 2 crews were waiting before they got off the car, escorted them to FC lounge. BP and Stamped passport then delivered to the lounge for them. Flight was delayed for 3 hours and they will miss their connection to WAW with LOT. Was told that GA team in AMS took all the trouble and arranged later flight for them at no cost, where it should have been 75 euro / person change fee.

Holding F ticket from the promo. Emailed Garuda first class pax service to clarify lounge and ground service since beginning of January then another reminder 2 weeks ago, no reply till now.
Guess they treat us the promo user way worst than economy pax.

I never fly F (thus no direct experience), but surely that email address replies way faster than other channel communication of GA.

I called SIN office yesterday but they wasn't able to answer my queries. In stead they ask me to forward the previous mail to them and will help me to follow up. At least something .... Hope I can get the answer before my coming Saturday flight.

My route : SIN - AMS, AMS - CGK
- no first class contact center service. I've tried few attempts and they just simply ignore me
- no meet n greet arriving AMS
- no VIP service departing AMS
However they did provide :
- VIP service departing SIN
- lounge in SIN
- SOP first class flight experience. caviar, champagne, slipper service etc
- lounge in AMS
- meet n greet arriving CGK
- limousine depart / arrive in CGK
So the discounted part are some ground services, overall still an amazing deal.

Yea, something funky is going on. They issued me some large "corrections" back in December (which put me way into the positive), and then came back and did another "correction" and some deductions in Feb (the 21st). Very very strange accounting...I'd bet that they are doing all of this manually, and thus some mistakes are being made.

Has anyone used this deal departing from Heathrow in first? I'm managed to snag it doing LHR-JAK-MEL return later this month but only the LHR-JAK is in first. I'm guessing def won't get car service but more interested as to whether will get lounge access as will determine what time I aim to get to Heathrow!
