Has Vietnam Air started flying the A350 yet?

I'm excited to be booked on Viet's A350 PVG-SGN next week! But I've not seen any news about the aircraft actually entering into service yet.

Anyone flown it? (Or even seen it?)

A quick google search reveals that at least the first one was delivered already in mid 2015, and they have at least 2 now.
Just a single reference:
http://www.a350xwb.com/delivery/vietnam-airlines/

One has the registration number: VN-A887.

VN has 4 A350 in service with 2 more to be delivered until end of this year. At the momet they will fly daily HAN/SGN-CDG, HAN-ICN and SGN-PVG ... and several times per day HAN-SGN.

More information about the A350 can be found here and here

Well...word to the wise:
Don't book a Vietnam Airlines flight with a particular aircraft in mind.
The A-350 never materialized on either flight. The flight attendant said that the airline assigns aircraft based on the number of tickets sold the previous week. Ended up on a very old and tattered A320 on PVG-SGN, and an A330 SGN-PVG.
I did get to actually see an A350, parked next to a 787.
Never got any closer than that.

SGN-PVG route seems stable now with 350 runs mostly everyday.

Any comments on flying VN's A350? I have a flight coming up SGN-ICN Sunday night.

VN's A350 was a very nice ride. Spacious J cabin with 1-2-1 staggered seating very similar to Asiana's A380 and some other newer J hard products. Nice side table/shelf for storage, good video monitor, airy space with no bins above the center section, big lav with nice fixtures, comfy seat and good bed (though a tiny bit short for me, a six-foot guy who doesn't normally find J seats like this short).

For those of you who happen to fly this on routes to Incheon from SGN/HAN overnight, be aware that VN serves supper after takeoff but no breakfast before landing-- an order of service unlike what Korean Air does on the same and similar routes.

Any recent commentary if scheduled flights with VN's A350 and 787s (especially long hauls) are holding steady and not being equipment swapped?

No issues with equipment swaps as far as I saw last Sunday night. Departures from Saigon Sunday night seemed fine. Two A350's arrived at Incheon Monday morning as planned from Saigon and Hanoi.

Having looked at the 777 fleet on a flight tracker site, those planes haven't flown commercially in a while.

So, I guess long-haul the only two plans that can fly are the A350 and 787.
Regionally it may be a different story though.

I've flown both the 787 and 350 in J. 350 seems like there's little more room. they move the aircraft around a bit so you can't be sure what you will get.
