vietnam airline same day flight change
I am scheduled on a 5:45 SGN-NRT flight on Monday morning, if I am booked in business class, can I change to the earlier 12:05a flight without a change fee?
I'm assuming it's still considered a same day ticket change since it's after midnight.
Any help would be great.

It depends on your fare type and booking class. In Business flex ( booking class J and C) there will be no fee, in Business Saver ( booking class D) there will be a fee of 20 USD.

If you have something like a full fare business class ticket, you should be able to make changes for free whenever you want, not just on the same day. Check your fare rules.
