Bad to the Bone
 

Air China really needs to revamp its lounge entrance. I was tired and felt sick after a long delay, so I walked into their lounge, walked right past the counter, and used their bathroom. The counter agent didn't say a word. After finishing up, I was very thirsty, so I grabbed a coke for the road. I then went by the entrance to check my flight. The same agent still didn't say a word. I casually walked out, and wasn't questioned in the slightest.

I might've felt bad about taking a coke from them BTW, except for the fact that the two 2.5 hour flights I took on them were both delayed by 6-8 hours, and they failed to apologize once. These weren't same day either. They were a week appart, and to different destinations. They didn't even hand out free snacks to pass the time stuck on the plane.:mad:
