Spring Airlines refund
 
I am looking for advice about getting a refund on a Spring Airlines ticket. Anyone know their refund policy in the event of illness?

What was the fare class? For those $46 fares to HK, the rules are pretty clear that there on NO exceptions, which is fine with me because $46 is what MU and KA charge for tax/YQ alone.
