Potential troubles at Surf Air

Just got this on an email -

- Surf Air has switched operators in California for the second time in less than a year
- It owes $2.5 million in taxes and there is an IRS lien on it
- It apparently owes its former operator money
- The former operator says it still has six aircraft, although the new operator says it will fly Surf Air routes with its planes
- Two big route announcements - after buying RISE in Texas and then in Europe - never happened so not a great track record
