I just did a JetSmarter shuttle between HPN-VNY on April 14th. I took my father for a surprise 90th Birthday flight and the JetSmarter staff were AMAZING. They escorted him to the chopper and helped him in, they even had a birthday cake arranged for him that was served after the meal on the flight. Thank you JetSmarter for a wonderful experience.

LGW and LHR having VIP for commercial may help with that end?
but US is tough, will be interesting to see if LAX VIP terminal (paying commercial pax) gets customs |

Signature LAX and Signature VNY both have CBP customs/immigration clearance facilities. |

Not sure what the VIP terminal has to do with Jetsmarter.
Signature LAX and Signature VNY both have CBP customs/immigration clearance facilities. airport VIP services are completely separate from GA LAX will have first paid 'terminal' with tarmac transfer in US, but details remain to be seen, and whether they are able to handle international jetsmarter shuttles and empty legs with multiple groups are not treated as regular charter are they? if it was that easy, they could have done one initial international shuttle just for marketing/testing purposes. |

A friend recommended this service, he's been a member since they started. I talked to the person who is supposed to be my liaison, in the beginning they didn't have flights to where I travel, then they started. What made me not sign up was a text between 2 "agents" and it just disgusted me how they referred to clients. Even though my liaison apologized etc etc etc, it just rubbed me in the wrong way. And now with all their adds through email, am not sure if I want to use them.
Talking about jetsmart, just got an email from them, but they offered a sizable flight credit. Unfortunately I don't fly to most of their destinations. JetSmarter is the fastest growing private jet club in the world, and it is for a reason. TSA lines get longer, first class service gets worse — and with our service you can fly private for $9,675 annual fee (plus a one-time $3,500 initiation fee). Included in that fee are regular scheduled private flights to/from Miami, NY, LA, Chicago, Vegas & more. Yes, your membership includes these flights - and other special deals. With JetSmarter, you can make flying fun again and find out why there are so many people joining our country club in the sky. Network and meet awesome, great people: private-club.jetsmarter.com |
What was the text?
Shuttles between Atlanta and FLL/HPN just started as well. Boston is supposed to be coming up soon. I haven't heard any realistic possibility about NYC-LON |
Boston?
I cannot wait for Boston, an article I read said "sometime before summer". Anyone have any more info on it? I asked my Jetsmarter rep and he said his supervisors didn't have any new information to add. Driving 140 miles and 2.5 hours to KHPN (White Plains, NY) is very inconvenient for me, so I'm kind of waiting for Boston to come online before I book any Jet deals or shuttles.

Jetsmarter has started advertising on CNBC and a couple other channels.
https://vimeo.com/jetsmarter/videos I have to say, much as I love the service, I really loathe the image that they are presenting. It reminds me more of Jersey Shore than Shark Tank. |
I agree.
Soon Snookie will be their spokesmodel.
