Posts deleted without any comment, PM
I have been a happy customer of the KVS Availability Tool for a while. It appears KVS is no longer welcome here at FT -- as I asked a simple question (twice actually) whether the thread for the tool would be monitored.
Why is a mod deleting my posts, along with other's posts without comment? MY posts had NOTHING to do with moderation and did not violate the TOS. I simply asked if KVS was going to continue monitoring this particular thread. |
A couple things:
I cannot not find anything posted by FlyerTalk that indicates that KVS is not welcome on FlyerTalk anymore. I have checked each and every announcement made by myself or staff member and even official comments made by any volunteer/Moderator. So while you personally may have decided that is an assumption, it does not appear to have any factual backup. As for the missing posts, I would hope you might understand that without some sort of guidance on where to look (edited or deleted posts don't really disappear, they simply go into a moderation queue. I could see them but would not know from the information you have posted here where to start my search. FlyerTalk is a huge community with nearly 7 million posts and these deletes you are referring to could be anywhere. If you want to PM me thread or forum location and approximate dates, it will help tremendously in researching this for you. As for deletion without comment, there may be many reasons including that you missed some instructions on the thread. Again, without any specific location of this, i am at a loss to answer your question in full. Awaiting the PM. |
