Divorce and United Miles
I understand you have testified in divorce cases involving the division of ff miles.
United states that it will not transfer points to anyone else; however, it has granted "excepotions" in the case of the death of ff members.
Are there exceptions you know that have been granted by United in the case of divorce, particularly if:
1. The amount of miles to be transferred is in agreement and
2. The court order and letters from both attorneys are provided and
3. The ex-spouse who is to receive miles also is a United ff member?
