Time to merge the IC and HI/CP/IC fora?
 

I have just posted the following in the HI/CP/IC and IC fora:

Given the recent restructurings at the Intercontinental Hotels Group, formerly known as Six Continents Hotels aka Bass Hotels aka InterContinental Hotels and HolidayInn/CrownePlaza Hotels...

And the blending of the Six Continents Club with the Priority Club -- though not merging -- perhaps it is time to merge the two FT Hotel Fora which cover these brands. Most of us bounce between the two and this would certainly simplify keeping track of promos, changes, etc.

I suggest giving others posting to these fora an opportunity to comment, then Randy, you can make the final decision.

I fully support your suggestion. There are many posts about InterContinental hotels in the Holiday Inn board (and vice versa). It is not easy to discuss 6CC in one forum and PC in the other forum. Both programs complement one another and it would be very helpful to discuss them in the same forum.

wonderful input from Shareholder as i also play the two games together and you are right - not a merger of the programs. Let me see what we might do, but your suggestion is both timely and very much appreciated.

Sure wish they could get the name game consistent......
