Hmmm . . . I didn't see where MatthewClement identified DOC 2 BE as a troll.

Thanks for some information we'll use in proving basic training for new moderators on FlyerTalk in the future. Not everyone is up to speed on the plight of the troll and this thread provies us with some good background on what it is and how it happens. The deadline for submissions on this topic has now offically closed and I'm closing the thread so that you may return to your normal activities on FlyerTalk. Cheers.
