You may have read that Netcentives Inc., the company that operates the ClickRewards, ClickRewards@Work and Nortel Networks PRIDE programs, has recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Because you currently hold a point balance of XXXXX ClickMiles, you are considered a creditor and therefore are receiving this notice.

If you are in agreement with the point balance shown in the first paragraph of this message, you do not need to take any action, as the court will notify you when events occur during the bankruptcy case that require your participation.
