I liked the old colors, but I, too, understand the need for changing them. Just had to turn down the brightness on my monitor.
Great job Randy and Team. I agree with the others above...FT withdrawal was difficult.

I'm withholding my congratulation until I can post as in the past. In the forum on traveltalk, I am not recognized and cannot post a reply. I can access my profile with my name and password on all forums; but am unable to post on the one I have tried (until trying on this one).
It is interesting that the last post on the thread on which I wish to post a reply was on 6 July by Randy (when the board was "down"- at least to me). Ah well - RHIP!
Now the message on the "mail slot" of this board indicates something to the effect "we are having difficulties posting replies to the 'old' threads" which will be corrected 'next week'.
I will congratulate FT on the concept of the 'State of the Union' and on the organization of the boards. But not on the execution - as yet!

Great job Randy and crew. I like the white and blue but the white is harder on the eyes than the tan was.
That sure was a longgggggggggggg two days. Thanks for everything.

Really great job Randy..but I can't access the forums with my WebTV unit anymore...I guess it is time to upgrade for me too! Thanks for all the hard work that went into making FT even better than it was. I am using a real PC at a remote location. I like the lightbulbs!

A majority of the miles that my family have are due to Flyertalk. Randy, in HONOR of the hardwork of you and your staff, we just donated some of our American Air Miles to KIDS IN NEED. Thank you for everything!

Thank goodness you're back.
So far the site looks great. BUT, can you make the smiley faces etc look a bit sharper.
Now I can come here instead of talk to my wife. Thank you!
Dan Now that wink and grin do not look as good as the old one. Therefore, it changes the meaning of my comments. (wink, grin).

Thanks for all of the hard work on the new and improved site. This is far and away the best travel information resource I have come across, and the improvements continue to make it so much better than the rest.

Congratulations on a job well done.
I would be nice to have a toned down background for those of us who have more sensitive eyes.
